Follow-up Comment #2, patch #985 (project wesnoth):
This is a different case. Headers are *.hpp, but this file is a *template*
which is called "header" because that's what it contains - license headers.
Maybe it shouldn't be in the project file at all.
As to real header files, cleaning them would be good as well...
