Windows XP Pro x64 edition
When running the game under a limited account, all seems well until one is
about to start playing (all the intros display correctly), the game then
freezes just before scenario objectives summary appears.
I was able to start the game by disabling all sounds, but I couldn't save a
game (uncompressed = couldn't save dialog, compressed = frozen game).
I had granted the limited account full access to "C:\Program Files
(x86)\Wesnoth 1.3.18" with the SubInACL.exe utility.
These problems do not occur if I use "Run As ..." to play the game with admin
level privileges but understandably, for security reasons, I am loathe to run
anything with that level of access.
