Details:
This report is meant to become a list of specs for porting (and thus
rewriting) wmlxgettext from perl to python. This should serve two purposes:
1) reduce the number of scripting languages used so that maintance overhead
is as low as possible
2) update wmlxgettext to work clearer by reducing the amount of implicitly
declared translateable strings, those should be explicitly declared
This report is meant to be a collection of what utils/wmlxgettext does and
how it does so. It should include the params which it is called with as well
as how the output format has to look like so that it can become a valid .pot
file.
