Details:
When finishing the 'Saving Inarix' earlier (by killing both elven and
dwarfish leaders), campaign inconsistency appears.
Problem 1: In the prologue in 'Clash of Armies' Kapou'e and his fellows are
back in the fortress of Prestim and the southern bridge is gone (although it
was not blown off in previous scenario).
Suggestion: Explain that after victory in 'Saving Inarix', Kapou'e and his
units retreated and destroyed the southern bridge.
Problem 2: Enemy leaders (Mkel and Oumph) were killed in 'Saving Inarix', but
they reappear in 'Clash of Armies'.
Suggestion: Rename elven and dwarfish leaders.
