Details:
So, when the preprocessor doesn't find a macro it assumes that it should open
it as a file. Sent a message to LOG_CF about that.
When trying to open the file if !istream.good() send a message to ERR_CF.
One thing was that maybe change the message to ERR_CF to something like:
ERR_CF << "Could not open file " << name << " possibly due to undefined macro
\n";
shouldn't really be necessary though.
