Details:

Well, yet another proposal for an easycoding task.
I have implemented the "heal_unit" action described in the FutureWML wiki
page.

Some notes:
- store in the $heal_amount variable the actual hitpoints gained by the unit
(i.e can be lower than the amount given in the tag if maxhitpoints is
reach).
- If no filter is given, try to take the first unit of the event.
