Follow-up Comment #2, bug #11452 (project wesnoth):

There's something badly wrong with the state of the unit_type list at the
point where AI recruitment is done. To see this, load the attached save, run
with

      wesnoth --log-info=ai --log-info=config

and look at the many blank ID fields showing up in the recruit logging.
