Details:
patch #1034 caused the following problem.
Discovered a bug related to this patch.
When I press the multiplayer button in the main menu I get a dialog.
Before this patch pressing the down arrow would select 'Connect to Server',
now it crashes with an uncaught std::out_of_range exception.
