Details:
It is sometimes usefully to have a look, if there are new or updated
campaigns on the server.
The problem is: you do not know if the installed version is older than the
server version.
Feature Request(s):
- show version/upload date in Add-on window
- show up-to-date versions with green font colour
- show newer versions in yellow (if older versions are installed)
