Details:
Units may level up as a result of a battle. If this occurs, they will be
healed, but this does not show up in the attack prediction damage
distribution shown in the battle dialog.
This patch causes the probability of being healed due to level up to be added
to the probability of having max hitpoints.
Note that when we level up, our max hitpoints will actually increase. This
patch does not predict how many hit points we will have if we level up. It
assumes we will just be fully healed.
