Follow-up Comment #2, bug #11988 (project wesnoth):
Generating one event of type "turn 1,turn 2,turn 3,turn 4" would be rather
preferable IMO, since otherwise you're not really saving anything in terms of
the size of the expanded WML by using the feature.
