Doesn't reproduce with trunk (rev 29198) under Linux; I am able to adjust
gamma with no problem. Marking it Works For Me.
Doug, if you can build from trunk for XP please try to reproduce this. There
is so little Windows-specific display code in Wesnoth that it pretty much has
to be an upstream SDL problem.
