Details:
There is WML in Northern Rebirth::Old Friend intended to change Tallin's type
from to Sergent or Lieutenant, depending on what level he has attained.
This code leaves his HP unaltered, which is a little strange but acceptable.
What's no good is that Sergeant Tallin seems to keep his old advance_to and
levels up to a Spearman or Bowman if he was a Peasant.
I don't know if this can be fixed in pure WML or exposes an engine bug.
Assigning to zookeeper because he'll probably know in 5 minutes...
