Details:
Steps to reproduce:
1. wesnoth --editor --load path/to/some/map
2. Use the file/load map dialog to open a map in the same directory
3. Attempt to use the file/load map dialog to navigate upwards.
4. Note the error message:
This map is already open.
Full/path/to/map/here
According to ilor this is a problem in the filesystem browser caused by the
--load option.
