Details:
When a character message is displayed with the new-style dialogs, whatever
the state of the mouse pointer was when performing the [message] WML action,
it isn't reset to (C++) cursor::NORMAL as it used to be with the old-style
dialogs.
Therefore, if you e.g. use the drag-n-drop unit movement feature in the test
scenario with 1.5.9, to move a unit to the "manual" test hex, and you don't
release the mouse button when the dialog is displayed, the mouse cursor gets
stuck with the drag-n-drop icon until you cancel the dialog.
Occurs in 1.5.7 and later, up to trunk at r32719.
