Follow-up Comment #1:
msvcr71.dll wasn't redistributed because that would conflict with GPL2
license which requires the availability of sourcecode of libraries
redistributed with the program. I've got fed up with people getting problems
with it, so starting with 1.5.10 I've included the dll with the installer and
solved the legal problem by distributing the installer under GPL3 license
which doesn't have this issue.
