Details:

There is a severe AI bug that is causing it to neither advance, nor attack.
It can be easily duplicated in survival games such as Orocia and Skullduggery
(available on the addon server). The AI will pile up in its spawn locations
and will not advance. Additionally, if you approach the AI it will not attack
you.

I posted a bug report about a similar but slightly different AI problem in
RC2 which was fixed in RC3. Now in 1.6 it seems to have returned except more
severe.

I have attached saved games to show the bug but you will notice it right away
playing any survival-type game. I have not tested with campaigns or
MP-scenarios where the AI has a leader.
