Details:
Disconnection of a player prompts the host for a new controller, however none
of these options are suitable if the disconnected player 1) Is currently
playing their turn, and 2) does not have an ally.
This problem may be made more common with the ability for the player to kick
their ghost if they have registered.
To resolve this, I propose the addition of an 'Idle' controller entry to the
dialog. As its name indicates, this controller will do nothing. The host is
then able to pass control to the disconnected player when they return with
minimal change to the gamestate.
