Follow-up Comment #2, patch #1134 (project wesnoth):
Ok, I removed the override_in_hex entirely because we don't want to use the
(unit wide) parameter anyway. if a parameter was provided at that point, we
want to use it. Using the unit wide one is dangerous
I'll commit to trunk, let zookeeper do the WML side, I'll test heavily and if
everything is ok, we can port back to 1.6
commit 33934 for code half on trunk
