Details:

A few related graphics requests:

* Ravine wall terrain, equivalent hill or forested hill.

* Canyon terrain, with unwalkable movetype and shallow or deep water defense
type.  Include both mountain-colored and desert-colored variants for the
canyon walls.

* Provide bridges that look good overtop ravines and canyons, as well as the
existing chasms and lava chasms (these would differ from the existing cave
bridges in providing flat rather than cave terrain).  Simply removing the
rings of water around the posts would be sufficient, but new "swinging
bridge" graphics variants would be even nicer.
