Details:
Win32 installer always puts userdata in install directory, regardless of
selection of preference to put in %HOME%/My Documents/My Games/Wesnoth1.6
Action taken was: Had 1.6 installation, uninstalled it. Installed 1.6.1,
choosing to have userdata put in the abovenamed directory.
Expected Behaviour: Wesnoth 1.6.1 sees all saved games/downloaded
scenarios/etc that old installation had, since the old directory was
untouched.
Actual Behaviour: Wesnoth 1.6.1 looks at userdata in installed Wesnoth
location.
