Follow-up Comment #3, bug #13097 (project wesnoth):
As far as I'm concerned the proper way to fix this to let the server handle
side changes directly and just inform the host. Relaying the data through the
host made sense when the host was also possibly the server but since we only
have a dedicated server now it's silly.
