Details:
When playing scenario 'The Elven Council' of the HttT campaign, a dialogue
window fails to resize when pressing 'next' right after the scenario loads.
Two assertion errors are shown by the MSVC C++ Runtime Library with
information about where they happened:

The error message is :
Failed to show a dialog, which doesn't fit on the screen.
When reporting the bug please include the following error message :
e:\projects_ext\wesnoth\trunk\src\gui\widgets\window.cpp:604 in function
'gui2::twindow::layout' found the following problem: Failed to size window;
wanted size 1770,125 available size 0,738 screen size 1280,768.
