But in fact even damage=0 was never supported before, the UI showed 0 but all
rounding had a minimum value of 1.
Now 0 is always rounded to 0, and is also the only value rounded to 0.
Note that it's possible that some other bugs (possibly AI) start to show up
with such null damage, feel free to post them when noticed.
BTW I also added today a damage filter in [effect] applying to attacks if you
need to filter such damage=0 cases.
