Details:
In the info bar at the top of the screen, while in the game, each icon
displays a one-word tooltip, except for the time.
To new players, it may not immediately be clear that this is actually the
system clock, or the timer.
I propose two fixes:
1. Add a tooltip for the clock, named "clock". (Alternative choice: "time".)
2. When a game has a timer, add a tooltip for the timer named "timer".
