Details:
Happened in new lobby around 1.7.2 with a lon map name, apparently also
reporducible with user / game names that are long (but short enough to still
actually fit in the window)
Happens at resolutions around 800*600.
Also happened once with the chat log where I also got a non-functional
pointless horizontal scrollbar.
