Details:
Steps to reproduce:
* Start the wesband scenario, choose any character template.
* Enter any of the shops in town.
* Using keyboard arrows try to scroll down after last entry.
* BAM!
I think this is more of a UI bug, but I'm not sure, as other in-game dialogs
do not show this behavior (for example "Upgrade").
I've attached a screenshot of the assertion fail alert.
