Details:
The default "set team label" hotkey (ctrl+l) does not work.
The default "set team label" and the "scroll mouse" hotkeys are the same,
this may cause this problem. If I delete the scroll mouse hotkey, set team
label hotkey works.
Solution:
Change the default scroll mouse hotkey from ctrl+l to e.g. ctrl+alt+s.
