Details:
It would appear that "check_fogged=true" has no effect on [sound_source].
Normally, having this line would make it so that the sound source cannot be
heard if its specified locations are fogged or shrouded.
For a test case, download this campaign:
http://wesnoth-umc-dev.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/wesnoth-umc-dev/branches/1.6/The_Silver_Lands/
and advance to the second scenario (":debug n" will suffice). After doing so,
scroll to the area around 54,29 and you should hear the sound of a
(camp)fire, despite the fact that its [sound_source] codeblock has
"check_fogged=true".

I have no idea whether or not this problem exists in trunk.
