Details:
It would be nice if there was a wmllint directive that would allow one to
have wmllint recognize the fact that certain instances of {SPECIAL_NOTES}
macros belong in certain unit files, so that it doesn't spurt untrue "unit
<insert unit here> has superfluous {SPECIAL_NOTES}".
So maybe something like this:
# wmllint: acceptnote {SPECIAL_NOTES_AWESOMENESS}
And of course, this would be ideally placed within a unit file.
