Details:

New drakes sprites have all required animations (including new take-off/land
animations), but in-game flying animation is shown also for standing unit;
this is inconsistent, because:
1) attack/defend animations happen while unit is on the ground - causing
weird transition
2) new, cool take-off animation happen only once per unit (when this unit is
recruited)

Standing unit should probably have normal (standing) sprite and take-off/land
animation only for before/after movement.

btw, the same goes for gryphon - in 1.6 branch this unit is flying all the
time
