Details:
In scenario 14 of The Eastern Invasion (The Drowned Plains), Dacyn says a
little blurb when Khrakrahs is first seen. This doesn't quite behave right.
The sighted event only triggers when side 1 moves into view of Khrakrahs. It
should also trigger when Khrakrahs moves into view of side 1.
Attached is a patch that fixes this. See also:
