OK then, it seems using gcc 4.4.1 didn't make the build process go smoothly
either (should I report a new bug?) but at least I knew how to fix the "not
declared in this scope" errors by adding #include <cstdio> to the following
files:
map_location.cpp, tokenizer.cpp, time_of_day.cpp
