I'm sorry, this bug happened there are many times, and I don't have other
pieces.
For the 7z problem, under linux you can use p7zip. Next time I'll keep in
mind to don't use this format.
I have downloaded the file and convert it to tar.
But I think the bug is closed now. I didn't notice the problem another time.
