I've reread the bug history and I no longer understand what is going on here.
It appears the bug you originally tried to report has vanished and that
something else is now going on, but your description is unclear and I can't
figure out howto unpack a 7z file.
Please file another report for the new bug, explaining what it is and
including a savefile compressed in zip or gz. Please bear in mind that, like
most of our developers, I'm on a Linux system and cannoy unpack compression
formats that are implemented only on Windows.
