Follow-up Comment #2, bug #15749 (project wesnoth):

It does nothing at all. If I use this code:

[event]
name=moveto
first_time_only=no

[heal_unit]
[filter]
x,y=$x1,$y1
[/filter]
amount=-14
animate=yes
[/heal_unit]

[/event]

when the unit has full hp absolutely nothing happens, no
sound/animation/effect on hp. If I damage the unit and then move it again,
everything works fine.
