In the forum post
http://wesnoth.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=29403&p=420788#p420788, I
detail some regression I face in some simple formula AI configuration (make
poisoned units heal on village) in version BFW 1.9 while this code is running
fine on BFW 1.8.

While the problem originatively appeared in some AI configuration for an UMC
faction, I have put on the forum a simple test case for the AI arena that
highlight the problem I am facing.

The patch file for setting up the test environment is in attachment. More
details are available on the forum.
