Details:
Please make it possible to change the current ToD as well as ToD lists from
[event]. I realize that one can mostly do this with [time_area], but this is
inelegant, as when one puts the cursor over fog, shroud, and GUI elements,
the ToD in the ToD box reverts to the predefined one, et cetera.
