Follow-up Comment #4, bug #13074 (project wesnoth):
I like this idea. It would help with a lot of balance issues.
Specifically, I'd like level 0 recalls to cost only 10g.
But it certainly has uses on the per/unit level. Especially when you buy a
23g horseman that recalls for -3g vs. a 14g spearman that recalls for +6g.
