This is a (at least known by us) bug in how your distribution has split the
boost packages and placed dependencies between them. Wesnoth itself does not
use "libboost-serialization". But some part of boost that we use does
*internally* use "libboost-serialization". So yeah, that boost package should
have the dependency on "libboost-serialization" specified, which it does not
have.
Please make sure that it is reported upstream. Either iostream or regex
component does require serialization.
