Details:
There is a new command: --process <file_name>, -p <file_name> , which calls
the preprocessor on the specified file. Before this, it will load all macros
that are in the: /data/core/macros/ folder.
The part that doesn't work (and needs to be checked) is that on Windows the
create_directory_if_missing method doesn't actually create the folder.
