Details:
1. Enable random_start_time for a non-first MP campaign scenario,
2. Join MP server with two distinct clients,
3. Start that MP campaign,
4. Advance to that scenario.
Now when you look at the TOD for *each* player, it is possible that all of
them live in their own TOD. I guess this is due to the fact that each client
draws a different random start time, and it is not synced.
I think I've only reported this problem to the forum's unsafe WML section,
but since it is still present in 1.8 I'll report it here again.
An example can be found within this add-on (just use the "1v1 all - random
default map ..." option):
