Details:
This patch allows [gold]'s side= attribute to take a comma separated list. It
also gives gold to all sides when side= is missing.
Several default campaigns relied upon [gold] defaulting to side 1. This patch
includes updates for all of those.
I will need to update the wiki here:
http://wiki.wesnoth.org/DirectActionsWML#.5Bgold.5D
And wmllint will need changed.
