Follow-up Comment #2, patch #1876 (project wesnoth):
Here is the same tag (same syntax) done in Lua as per some discussion on IRC.
One downside to doing it in lua is that there is no asthetic difference
between public and private messages anymore. The upside is that gives WML
authors more flexibility in how they handle that.
If no speaker is defined it now defaults to "Lua".
