Follow-up Comment #1, bug #16670 (project wesnoth):
Just seen some different but probably related misbehaviour on 1.9.1-svn: see
new screen grab. The old tooltip is still visible under the new. I triggered
this by getting one tooltip string active, then moving into a sub-menu of the
preferences screen and triggering another.
