Details:

If the scenario ends when a side ends their turn (either manually or through
[end_turn]), for example when a leader has been [kill]ed and victory/defeat
is detected "late" when a side ends their turn, linger mode will briefly
appear and then immediately end.

        [kill]
            side,canrecruit=1,yes
            fire_event=no
        [/kill]

        [end_turn]
            # You could also leave this out and
            # end the turn manually instead...
