Follow-up Comment #4, bug #17500 (project wesnoth):
I looked at the screenshot and - as far as I can see - everything is as it
should be: On flat the selected unit has 30 defense and needs 1 move point to
pass through this type of terrain (in other words to get to 21:9 from any of
the 6 adjacent hexes the selected unit will use 1 move point). "Movement" does
not mean how many movement points the unit will need to get to the hex where
the cursor is.
