Follow-up Comment #9, bug #17399 (project wesnoth):
Silene's indeed cut off the image and thereby hiding the bug in the gui
config files. So instead of getting a warning the code silently failed.
I'll be looking into it soon, still finishing some other things. But I guess
it's a difference between Linux and Windows since it works properly on my
system. (I could reproduce the error before.)
