feature:
Some wml action tags will no longer take side=1 as the default (see the first
list in the patch). This patch makes wmllint insert side=1. A subgroup of
these tags also allows alternatively (to using side=<value>) using a
[filter_side] tag with a SSF as an argument (second tag list). If it is
present and allowed, the patch won't insert side=1.
I've already used it for my own addons.
