Follow-up Comment #1, patch #2666 (project wesnoth):
New version with theme wml excluded since [gold] tags can appear there with
different meaning. Checking only action wml seems more complicated, mainly
since [event] tags can appear inside other [event] tags. Other than that we
could check whether we are in any of [scenario], [multiplayer] or [era] which
are the toplevel tags for [event]s.
